As a sustainable fashion house, we prioritize materials and design processes that will ensure the highest quality and long-term wear for our collections. However, our products are inherently fine and delicate in both structure and nature.
As with any fashion product, your F|S apparel or jewelry may show signs of wear over time with regular use.

All of your ❁FLORAL SEA❁ purchases come protected with a lifetime warranty on manufacturing and material defects.
❁FLORAL SEA❁ will repair any damages caused by manufacturer- or material-related defects at no charge. Complimentary repairs for any damages (whether from normal or improper use) will be honored within 45 days of the date of purchase. There is only one charge for this service which is the return shipping charge of $7.50.
First repairs are free and complimentary to each order from floralsea.co. Any additional repairs after your first alteration will incur a repair charge between $5.00 to $20.00 +$7.50 shipping. Please keep in mind, that repair requests are subject for approval by our repair team.
Should you need to repair your ❁FLORAL SEA❁ product, please email alterations@floralsea.co with attached photos to begin the process. You’ll be assigned a Repair Authorization Number (RA#) which must be printed out and placed inside your package.
In recycled packaging, please return your ❁FLORAL SEA❁ piece to:
Your name, RA#, return address, email address, return shipping address, reason for repair, a check or money order for $7.50 made to ❁FLORAL SEA❁ for return shipping, and any other details you can provide about where and when your item(s) was originally purchased.
