For Pre-Orders: full-payment is required at the time of purchase.

As each product is personally hand-crafted, please allow the appropriate time to receive your one-of-a-kind ❁FLORAL SEA❁ product.

  

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Shipping and Handling charges are as follows: 

All products will be shipped through USPS.

 Sales Tax will be charged where applicable.

 Orders can be tracked at: https://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm

The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days. ❁FLORAL SEA❁ will very much appreciate your patience.

Packages that are considered undeliverable by USPS will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at out shipping hub.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

RETURNS

Please note, returns received that DO NOT comply with our return policy will be shipped back.

❁FLORAL SEA❁ does not accept returns for refunds/store credit on:

❁ Items that have been worn

❁ Items that have been washed

❁ Items without tags

❁ Sale Items (Final Sale)

❁ Earrings and Accessories (due to health and safety regulations, NO EXCEPTIONS)

Unused products may be returned within 7 days of receipt for exchange or refund.

Return handling and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. ❁FLORAL SEA❁ charges a restocking fee of $5.00-$25.00 per item.

❁FLORAL SEA❁ is not responsible for lost or untraceable shipments. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.

To organize a return, please email ❁FLORAL SEA❁ at customerservice@floralsea.co to advise on the return or exchange.

When organizing a return or exchange, the item(s) must be sent back to the company's full address for inspection. The product must be in good condition with original packaging. No amount can be refunded nor can any exchanges be made until the item(s) have been returned in undamaged condition.

Once we have received your returned item(s), we will let you know with 2-3 business days if your return is approved.

After acceptance, we will process your return immediately and send back the original paid amount (minus shipping) of your purchase.

If your product(s) have been damaged once you've received them, then please sign your package as "damaged in transit" or contact the company within 24 hours of the delivery date.
