What health & safety measures are you taking in regards to COVID-19?

All FLORAL SEA❁ products are handled with extreme care. Specific health + safety measures include: (1.) washing of hands before production (2.) utilizing gloves and masks during production processes and (3.) frequently cleaning and disinfecting the studio.

To ensure that we handle your items according to health + safety guidelines, processing and shipping timeframes will occur longer than anticipated.

Please allow up to 2-4 additional business days for any potential delays for both processing and shipping. At FLORAL SEA❁, we appreciate both your patience and understanding as we work hard to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible.

Who makes ❁FLORAL SEA❁ products?

FLORAL SEA❁ apparel, jewelry, and fashion accessories are handmade-to-order by designer and sole seamstress, A.Tenille West in a home studio based in Austin, TX.

The FLORAL SEA❁ shoe collection and faux-leather handbags are handmade-to-order through KinCustom.

A product that I want is sold out...

Each FLORAL SEA❁ product is handmade-to-order in exclusive quantities.

This means that our brand isn't inventory-based; however, we only provide a limited amount of spots for each product to be made during a preorder round. If a product is sold out, then we don't have any available spots for that product to be purchased at the moment.

If a product you want is sold out, you can always email us at shop@floralsea.co to make a product request and we'll do our best to arrange an order for you. 

Does ❁FLORAL SEA❁ Fulfill wholesale orders?

FLORAL SEA is a handmade-to-order fashion label that provides a full-range of apparel products and fashion accessories designed in a home studio based in Austin, TX.

As a independent fashion label, we will love to collaborate with other brands. We're open to doing wholesale orders and/or designing a exclusive collection for your brand.

How can I order a custom-size?

For the products that offer custom sizing, you should be able to select a “custom-fit” option. After ordering your custom-fit item(s), please email us at shop@floralsea.co with your name, order number, and size measurements.

How do I order my correct size+fit?

Please check out our size guide to determine your size+fit for the product you’re interested in purchasing. If your measurements are in-between the listed sizes, we recommend that you pick the next larger size depending on your fit preference (fitted, comfortable, or loose).

❁Online Orders❁

How are Pre-Orders processed?

For preorders, full-payment is required at the time of purchase.

❁FLORAL SEA❁ is happy to make any necessary revisions or cancel a order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing a preorder if necessary. If you decide to cancel your order after 24 hours of purchase, a cancellation fee will be subtracted from your refund. To initiate the process, please email ❁FLORAL SEA❁ at customerservice@floralsea.co

Each new collection will be offered for preorder. You can be notified of new collection releases through our newsletter and social media platforms.  

With each preorder round, ❁FLORAL SEA❁ will announce the processing times. Each preorder will go into production 24-48 hours after the order is place and will be sent out in no more than 2 weeks from the order date. Depending on the complexity on your order, the processing times will vary. To receive an estimated time, please email us at shop@floralsea.co.

As each product is personally handmade-to-order, please allow the appropriate time to receive your one-of-a-kind ❁FLORAL SEA❁ product.

How does ❁FLORAL SEA❁ Made-to-Order process work?

FLORAL SEA❁ MTO (Made-to-Order) process goes like this:

  1. Order your products from www.floralsea.co
  2. Select your size or order custom-fit.
  3. We order the materials (as a made-to-order fashion label, we only buy what we need).
  4. The materials arrive and we conduct quality control (i.e inspect the print work, professionally prewash the fabric, etc).
  5. We begin production. This can take 1 hour to 3 hours depending on the complexity of your order.
  6. We check over your order to ensure that’s it’s absolutely perfect for you.
  7. We package your order with FLORAL SEA branded packaging and it is sent out from our home studio.
  8. You receive your new FLORAL SEA products (and maybe share your new looks on the gram with #shopfloralsea...)

Can I make changes to an order I've already placed?

Within 24 hours of placing your order, you are allowed to make changes. To change your order, please email FLORAL SEA❁ at shop@floralsea.co with your new order requests.

What form of payments does ❁FLORAL SEA❁ accept?

Yes, sales tax is applied to ❁FLORAL SEA❁ products.

Taxes are based on your shipping location and the location of ❁FLORAL SEA❁'s studio.

The tax charges are based on state and local tax laws and rates for your delivery address and our shipping address.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order has been processed and shipped out, we’ll email you with an estimated delivery date, your order’s current status, and a  tracking link to follow your order. If your order has been shipped in multiple packages, we’ll send an email confirmation for each package with details pertaining to which items are in which packages. No extra charge is incurred for additional packages.

Because we use multiple carriers and shipping methods, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item(s) you purchased, the shipping method you selected during checkout and the carrier that is delivering your order(s).

In rare instances, orders are delivered through a carrier that may not offer a tracking service. In these occurrences, you will not be sent tracking information, but will still receive order status and other order details. Approximately, it may take up to 48 hours before the package is placed into the carrier's tracking system. Although your order has already shipped from our home studio and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide information pertaining to your package for 48 hours.

How long does it take to receive my order?

The processing time for orders is dependent on demand as each product is handmade-to-order. Waiting times can range from 2 to 10 days. During a busy period, waiting times can scale up to 14 days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days. You will be updated with a dispatch email that will contain the tracking information once your order has been made and sent out.

Does ❁FLORAL SEA❁ ship internationally?

FLORAL SEA does not offer international shipping at the moment. FLORAL SEA❁ currently ships within the United States.

We plan to expand our shipping to Canada, the UK, Europe and Australia in the future.

What is ❁FLORAL SEA❁'s return policy?

Unused products may be returned within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.

Please note, returns received that DO NOT comply with our return policy will be shipped back.  

❁FLORAL SEA❁ does not accept returns for refunds/store credit on:

❁Items that have been worn  

❁Items that have been washed  

❁Items without tags

❁Sale Items (Final Sale)

❁Earrings and Accessories (due to health and safety regulations, NO EXCEPTIONS)

Return handling and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. ❁FLORAL SEA❁ charges a restocking fee of $5.00-$25.00 per item.  

❁FLORAL SEA❁ is not responsible for lost or untraceable shipments. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.    

To organize a return, please email ❁FLORAL SEA❁ at customerservice@floralsea.co to advise on the return or exchange.  

When organizing a return or exchange, the item(s) must be sent back to the company's full address for inspection. The product must be in good condition with original packaging. No amount can be refunded nor can any exchanges be made until the item(s) have been returned in undamaged condition.

Once we have received your returned item(s), we will let you know with 2-3 business days if your return is approved. After acceptance, we will process your return/exchange immediately and either send back the original paid amount (minus shipping) of your purchase or a replacement item.  

If your FLORAL SEAproduct(s) have been damaged once you've received them, then please sign your package as "damaged in transit" or contact the company within 24 hours of the delivery date.  

Can I return a custom order?

Please keep in mind that once a custom order has been successfully submitted, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned for a refund. Custom orders are exclusively made to fit your measurements; therefore, they’re not eligible for a cancellation, modifications, or returns unless in extreme circumstances.

When can I expect my refund?

Once we have processed your returned item(s), we will let you know within 2-3 business days if your return is approved. After acceptance, we will process your return immediately and send back the original paid amount (minus shipping) of your purchase. Refunds are normally issued within 1-2 days of the return approval.

If you ordered the wrong size, please contact FLORAL SEAwithin 10 days of receiving your order and we will honor an exchange for the correct size. As the customer, you will be responsible for the shipping cost and is subject to a re-working fee. The re-working fee will be dependent on your request.
