Unused products may be returned within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.

❁Items without tags
❁Sale Items (Final Sale)
❁Earrings and Accessories (due to health and safety regulations, NO EXCEPTIONS)
Return handling and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. ❁FLORAL SEA❁ charges a restocking fee of $5.00-$25.00 per item.
❁FLORAL SEA❁ is not responsible for lost or untraceable shipments. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.

When organizing a return or exchange, the item(s) must be sent back to the company's full address for inspection. The product must be in good condition with original packaging. No amount can be refunded nor can any exchanges be made until the item(s) have been returned in undamaged condition.
Once we have received your returned item(s), we will let you know within 2-3 business days if your return is approved. After acceptance, we will process your return/exchange immediately and either send back the original paid amount (minus shipping) of your purchase or a replacement item.
If your ❁FLORAL SEA❁ product(s) have been damaged once you've received them, then please sign your package as "damaged in transit" or contact the company within 24 hours of the delivery date.
