Who is Klarna? 

Get more time to pay anywhere online with Klarna: a payment service provider that takes the end-to-end responsibility for your payments. When you choose Klarna at checkout, you'll get the option to shop now and pay later for your purchase.

How does Klarna work?

Split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments so you can spread the cost on your purchase over time. Enter the credit/debit card of your choice for automatic payments every two weeks. No interest or added fees when you pay on time.

Your first installment will be collected when your order is confirmed by FLORAL SEA❁ and your second and third installments are scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively. You can always monitor your payments’ schedule in the Klarna app.

How do I shop with Klarna?

  1. Add your items to your cart and make your way to checkout. 
  2. Select Klarna at the checkout to pay as you like for your purchase. 
  3. Manage your orders and payments in the Klarna. 

Am I eligible to use Klarna? 

To make a purchase through Klarna, you must be at least 18 years of age or older. While this option is widely promoted, Klarna's 'pay later' service is subject to your financial circumstances. Eligibility is determined through an affordability assessment and soft credit check. This is done to ensure you are able to meet your repayment obligations after purchase.  A ‘soft check’ will not affect your credit rating nor be visible to other lenders.

What do I need to provide when I make a purchase? 

To make a purchase with Klarna you need to provide:
  1. Your phone number.
  2. Email Address.
  3. Current billing address.
  4. A valid debit/credit card.

Will a credit search take place against me? 

Klarna does not always perform credit checks. But, when a credit check is performed, Klarna will verify your identity using the details you provided and look at information from your credit report to understand your financial behaviour and evaluate your creditworthiness.

The service may run soft credit searches that do not affect credit scoring and are only visible to you and Klarna, but not visible to other lenders. Neither Klarna nor FLORAL SEA❁ run credit pulls against you that could impact your credit rating.

Klarna will not perform a credit check on you when:

  • Signing up to use Klarna.
  • Downloading the Klarna App.

Klarna will perform a credit check when:

Klarna's third party credit checks are performed by Transunion and Experian. If you have any questions regarding their services, your credit score or the data provided as part of a credit check we advise you to reach out to them directly. These checks are performed in accordance with Klarna’s Terms & Conditions.

Why have I not been offered to use Klarna? 

Klarna does not approve all payments. As a responsible lender, this is done to support responsible, ethical, and sensible spending habits.

Klarna installments payment option is automatically generated by algorithms that are dependent upon a number of different factors including address details, cardholder details, amount of order, the online store, previous order history and item availability.

Moreover, contact details changes, insufficient payment history, previous order history, bureau credit information, missed or delayed payments or reported financial difficulties can lead to being blocked from using Klarna.

If you would like to make purchases with Klarna again, we recommend the following:

  • If you still have balances on unpaid purchases with Klarna, we recommend paying some of them off first to increase the possibility of being approved for your next purchase
  • The total amount in the shopping cart may be too high, so try to remove an item(s) and try again
  • Ensure your name and billing address match those held by your bank account or electoral roll
  • Length of time you have been a Klarna customer may increase your limit. History of positive behavior as a Klarna customer can improve your chances of being approved

What are my payment options with Klarna? 

Your 'pay later' in 4 interest-free installments will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. The first payment is collected after your order is confirmed. The second and third installments are collected 30 and 60 days, respectively, after the first installment. You can monitor and change your payments’ schedule in the Klarna app

What forms of payments does Klarna accept?

Klarna currently accepts all major debit and credit cards (i.e. Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Discover) and prepaid cards are not accepted. Also, AMEX cards are not accepted when creating a One-time card. Keep in mind that Klarna credit accounts cannot be paid with a credit card, but can still be paid online with your debit card or bank routing and account information.

Payments made by 8:00 pm EST will post the same day. Payments made after 8:00 pm EST will post the following day. You should expect funds to clear your bank account within 1-3 business days

How do I make a payment to Klarna? 

In the Klarna app

  • Log in to the app
  • Click ‘My Klarna’ to find the option to view your ‘Purchases’ or all your ‘Payments’
  • Choose the purchase or account you want to pay
  • Follow the prompts to submit your payment and make sure to use the correct payment information when making a payment to avoid any errors.

On Klarna.com

  • Log in to your klarna.com account with the email address associated with your account
  • Click ‘Purchases‘ or ‘Payments‘ to find the statement you’d like to pay
  • Choose the purchase or account you want to pay
  • Follow the prompts to submit your payment and make sure to use the correct payment information when making a payment to avoid any errors.

What happens if I cancel or return my order? 

As soon as FLORAL SEA❁ have approved and processed your cancellation/return, Klarna will cancel any future scheduled payments as well as refund any amounts due. The return will be reflected in the Klarna app.

Refund processing times may vary and can take up to 14 days depending on your financial institution. If 14 days have passed since the issue of credit and you are still missing your refund please contact Klarna's customer service for further support.

What happens if I don't pay for my order? 

Klarna will automatically attempt to collect your payment for your 'pay later' installments purchase at FLORAL SEA❁ from the debit/credit card you entered at checkout. 

If we are unable to collect your payment on the scheduled due date, Klarna will make another attempt to automatically collect the payment two days later. Should this last payment attempt fail, Klarna will issue you a statement for the full outstanding order amount which will become payable in 15 days. Klarna will notify you when a payment is due two days prior to attempting to collect your payment. At your convenience, you're able to monitor the due date for your scheduled payments in the Klarna app.

Your credit score will not be impacted by using Klarna’s ‘pay later' service even if you have failed to pay on time.

I have been redirected to the Klarna site. Is this correct? 

YES. You can view all of your Klarna purchases and payment schedule in the Klarna app or by logging onto Klarna.com/us

Is my payment information safe? 

Payment information is processed securely by Klarna. No card details are transferred to or collected by FLORAL SEA. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols. 

Can I pay before the due date? 

YES. Head over to the Klarna app or log into Klarna.com/us to make an early payment. 

How can I know if Klarna received my payment? 

Klarna will notify you via email and a push notification from the Klarna app when a payment is due, has successfully been collected, or in the unlikely event of your payment failing. If a payment has been collected but you have not received payment confirmation, you can always check the status of your order and payments in the Klarna app or by logging in at www.klarna.com/us. 

What happens to my statement when I've returned an order? 

After ❁FLORAL SEA❁ has received the return, whether partial or full, and you have received a confirmation of this, an updated statement with an adjusted payment schedule will be sent to you by Klarna if you've made a partial return. With a full return, we shall refund any payments collected and cancel any future scheduled payments. 

You can always check the status of your order and payments in the Klarna app or by logging in at www.klarna.com/us. 

I received a statement, but I've not received my order yet. 

In the event that your order have not been received, please call FLORAL SEA❁ to check on your order and delivery status.

You can also contact Klarna’s customer service so that we can extend the due date on your payment or put the order on hold in the Klarna app while you wait for your order to arrive. 

I have cancelled my order. How long will it take until I receive my refund? 

As soon as FLORAL SEA❁ has registered your cancellation/return, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. 

How will I be refunded? 

Refunds will be issued back to the debit/credit card which was originally entered at checkout. 

I haven't received an email with my statement/payment information.
