Our lifetime warranty will only cover manufacturing and material defects under normal use, beginning on the date of purchase. The right of warranty will be honored by ❁FLORAL SEA❁ Studio as the manufacturer. At the discretion of ❁FLORAL SEA❁, your product will be repaired or replaced free of charge should it meet these warranty conditions.
Damages caused by improper use will automatically void your warranty. If your product is damaged from improper use, consider exchanging it through our Fashion Exchange program.
Your name, return address, email address, warranty card (optional), a check or money order for $7.50 made to ❁FLORAL SEA❁ for return shipping, and any other details you can provide about where and when your item(s) was originally purchased.
