How to Measure:
Keeping the tape parallel to the floor, position one end of the measuring tape at the fullest part of your chest and wrap the other end around your body to get the measurement.
While breathing naturally, stand up straight and measure around the narrowest part of your waist (the smallest section of your mid-section). Please make sure you're not holding the measuring tape too tight.
To achieve your true neck measurement, wrap the measuring tape around the base of your neck, going around your Adam’s apple. Please make sure that each ends of the measuring tape are consistently level and that you’re not wrapping the tape too tightly.
For your sleeve length measurement, you’ll require a friend for assistance. At a 90 degree angle, bend one arm and position your hand at your hip. Have a friend position the measuring tape at the center of your back and measure across your shoulder, down to your elbow, and then to your wrist for your full sleeve measurement. Sleeve sizes are always computed in whole numbers, so please be sure to round your sleeve measurement up to the nearest whole number if needed.
If your measurements are in-between the listed sizes, pick the next larger size.
